How It Works

Book: Choose a time and place the fully refundable $100 reservation deposit to hold the studio.

Session: Arrive 10 minutes early; give your pup plenty of time outside the studio to smell all the smells and get their piddles out. We’ll guide poses and expressions.

Design & Order: View proofs over Zoom, use your $350 credit, and select artwork (no purchase required).
FAQs
Q. How many pets can we bring?
A. Typically up to 3 dogs per session. Have more? Call (800) 532-6648 and we’ll advise.
Q. Can people be in the photos?
A. Yes—owners (up to 2 adults) are welcome to join for a few portraits.
Q. Any prep tips?
A. A quick walk beforehand helps; bring favorite treats and a leash. We move at your pet’s pace. Also, "sit" and "stay" are the most productive commands your dogs can know!
Q. What if my dog is nervous?
A. That’s common. We keep the set calm, go slow, and work with what they give us.
Q. Do we have to buy anything?
A. No. Every session includes a $350 artwork credit, applied at ordering. Artwork starts at $500.
Q. Is there a deposit?
A. Yes, a $100 reservation deposit holds your time. It’s fully refundable if you attend and don’t purchase; if you purchase, it’s applied to your order. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
Q. Can we pay over time?
A. Yes—Affirm financing is available.
