Q: How do I book?
A: Apply for a session. If approved, we’ll send you a booking link to choose a time and place a $100 reservation deposit to hold the studio. Sessions are 40 minutes total (about 20 minutes on set). Need to reschedule? Please give 72 hours’ notice.
Q: Why offer a free session and a $350 credit?
A: It’s an introductory offer so clients can experience our work with confidence. You’ll receive a $350 artwork credit toward your order. No cash value.
Q: How does the $100 reservation deposit work?
A: The deposit holds a limited studio time and keeps the calendar fair for clients who intend to use it.

Q: How much are additional portraits?
A: We price everything during your viewing appointment because pricing varies depending upon the finish, size and quantity of what you select and every person wants something different. We offer a range of portraits from large scale exquisite hand painted portraits at $8,000 to more modest sizes in photographic finishes beginning at $500. Our artwork is created like original art and priced like original art and it's certainly not within the reach of every budget. However, there is never any obligation to purchase. We specialize in physical artwork that you will enjoy in your home for years to come. A matching digital is included with purchased artwork. We also offer financing options via Affirm, to help clients get what they love most.
Q: What is the Design & Order appointment like?
​A: Simple and transparent via Zoom. We show your proofs, size them to your walls, and review pricing. We’ll guide you through choosing what fits your home and budget. Artwork starts at $500. Your $350 credit is applied at ordering. Prefer payments? Affirm is available.

Q: Do you sell just the digitals?
​A: We specialize in finished artwork—that’s where the lasting value lives (design, retouching, craftsmanship, and the experience). When you purchase artwork, you receive the matching full-resolution digital file for what you ordered. We don’t offer “digitals-only” as a standalone product.

Q: Who can be photographed?
A: We will photograph up to 3 dogs. If you and one other adult would like to be in a few portraits with your pup, we're happy to accommodate that as well.
Q: Rescheduling & cancellations
A: Please give 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. Less than 72 hours or a no-show = forfeited deposit.​​
